Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and enforce IAM/PAM policies, procedures, and controls aligned with least privilege and business requirements.
  • •Manage identity lifecycle for users and privileged identities, including onboarding, provisioning, access changes, certifications, and offboarding.
  • •Implement access governance and authentication controls including RBAC/ABAC, MFA, SSO, federation, and access reviews.
  • •Oversee privileged access management such as credential vaulting and rotation, privileged session monitoring/recording, JIT access, and break-glass procedures.
  • •Operate IAM/PAM environments, investigate anomalies and incidents, remediate vulnerabilities, coordinate identity-related incident response, and report on compliance using defined KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •Provide leadership, communication, and stakeholder collaboration, including explaining technical IAM concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • •Have strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills to manage IAM priorities and deadlines.
  • •Bring 8+ years of IAM experience in large organizations, including 5+ years in hands-on global IDAM platform management.
  • •Demonstrate experience managing IAM deployments and change across environments (Dev, Pre-Prod, Prod, SIT, UAT) with testing and release processes.
  • •Hold a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field; preferred certifications include CIAM, CISM, CISSP, and ITIL.
