Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage commercial and contractual performance for assigned TFM contracts, ensuring delivery stays within scope, approved budgets, and contractual commitments.
  • •Own P&L monitoring for profitability targets; drive revenue planning, budgeting, and forecasting; implement corrective actions and cost-saving initiatives without sacrificing service quality.
  • •Oversee Hard and Soft FM operations execution, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, client standards, and internal policies; monitor resource utilization across sites.
  • •Develop, review, and monitor SLAs/KPIs and maintenance programs; conduct audits and spot checks to validate service quality, safety compliance, and SOP adherence.
  • •Build client relationships through performance reviews, site visits, and meetings; mentor Operations Managers; use CAFM for work order management and support bid/tender submissions with technical insights.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor/Master of Engineering/Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering or an equivalent Total Facilities Management-related field.
  • •8-10+ years’ experience in management and service delivery of structured FM contracts, including 5 years as a Manager handling multiple contracts.
  • •Technical knowledge of FM standards and processes, including strong knowledge of commercials and contractual P&L.
  • •UAE driving license is mandatory.
  • •Strong soft skills with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint and report writing; certifications preferred (e.g., CFM, BICS, PMP, IOSH, NEBOSH).
