Key Responsibilities

•Quotation & Pre-Sales Execution: Calculate and share accurate customer quotations within defined TATs and ensure speed and responsiveness.
•Order Creation & CAD Management: Raise CAD requests and POs, review CAD files, identify discrepancies, organize CAD files, and ensure timely CAD receipt.
•Order Tracking & Coordination: Manage end-to-end order timelines, coordinate with manufacturers, QC teams, and logistics, and track production milestones.
•Exception Handling & Problem Solving: Manage remakes/repairs/resizing, handle escalations, and proactively resolve issues to minimise delays.
•Systems & Data Accuracy: Maintain real-time updates across systems and trackers, ensuring visibility of order status at every stage.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in operations, preferably in a high-volume or fast-paced environment.
•Strong Excel / Google Sheets proficiency — ability to build and manage complex trackers, formulas, and reports with ease.
•Highly data-driven — comfortable analysing operational data to track performance, identify patterns, and make informed decisions.
•Strong numerical and calculative aptitude — able to accurately compute quotations, margins, and order metrics.
•Proven track record in operationally heavy roles with hands-on coordination, order management, or supply chain experience.
