Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive customer technical support from initial investigation through successful resolution.
  • •Debug complex hardware, software, firmware, and system-level issues, including reproducing reported problems in lab environments.
  • •Partner with engineering teams to resolve product defects and technical escalations.
  • •Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to customers and field teams.
  • •Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and troubleshooting guides, and support new product introductions.

Salary: EUR 37,170 - 53,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Technical troubleshooting, applications engineering, customer support, or related engineering experience.
  • •Experience with embedded systems, hardware design, software development, or platform-level debugging.
  • •Understanding of computer architecture, operating systems, digital design, or embedded computing platforms.
  • •Ability to investigate and resolve complex technical problems independently.
  • •Preferred: a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.
