Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform ready-to-eat quality checks to ensure high-quality lunch meat production.
  • •Contribute to lean manufacturing continuous improvement and participate in line-side problem solving.
  • •Support 5S and maintain a safe, organized work environment, including using the Andon system stoplight.
  • •Verify packaging accuracy by monitoring printed film, ingredients statement, cardstock label, case label, and corrugate against approved USDA labels.
  • •Run and verify quality checks including CQP sample inspection, vision system checks, metal detection standards/wand use, oxygen checks, checkweigher net weight/reject checks, and document label/code/date/GTIN information during production events.
