IT Systems Engineer II

Own governance and day-to-day health of enterprise low-code automation platforms across the “Appsters” squad. Configure environments, permissions, connectors, service accounts, and solution assets, then troubleshoot workflow, integration, and data/configuration issues. Maintain runbooks, documentation, and incident visibility while partnering cross-functionally to design, test, and ship platform improvements in an Agile environment, with an emphasis on secure, scalable adoption and AI-enabled automation.
