Perform manual maintenance labor at the ATI Cudahy, WI facility on 3rd shift (Sunday night–Thursday night, 11pm–7am), with the option to train on 1st shift for 60 days. Assist craftsmen such as masons, carpenters, and steam fitters using tools like shovels, picks, crow bars, and air hammers. Support tasks including mixing mortar/cement, tearing up brickwork or concrete, and loading/unloading materials as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform manual labor associated with maintenance work and assist craftsmen (e.g., masons, cement-finishers, carpenters, steam fitters) as needed
•Use hand tools and equipment (e.g., shovels, picks, crow bars, sledgehammers, air hammers, hand trucks) to complete assignments
•Mix mortar or cement and help with demolition tasks such as tearing up brickwork or concrete
•Load and unload materials and support other maintenance-related tasks as assigned
•Assist other areas and departments in the plant and back office functions as required

•6 months’ manual labor experience
•Prior manufacturing/factory experience
