Job Summary

Provide timely, accurate client transaction processing and maintain proper handling of assigned funds while delivering an excellent customer experience. Educate clients on digital self-service options such as ATMs, Online and Mobile banking. Cross-train to support sales and service activities, including outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) support. Serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, following internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
