Job Summary

Partner with business teams and recruiting stakeholders to source and engage technical talent across multiple complex searches. Own talent pipelines using sourcing, screening, and referrals, and develop holistic stakeholder relationships with HR, hiring managers, and external partners. Drive innovative sourcing strategies, conduct data analysis to share market intelligence, and manage candidate prequalification, interview scheduling, and ongoing communication to ensure a great candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage sourcing, screening, and referrals pipelines for multiple complex searches to find and engage technical talent.
•Collaborate with recruiting team members and hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle to meet business needs.
•Develop stakeholder relationships and maintain a holistic understanding of the business and external partners.
•Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate projects, and optimize processes to improve recruiting efficiency.
•Conduct candidate prequalification, coordinate interview scheduling logistics, and manage candidate communications and feedback to ensure a great candidate experience.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience using research/sourcing tools (e.g., Boolean, LinkedIn) to identify and engage passive candidates in the internet industry talent space.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze large amounts of data to support business strategies and decisions.
•Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly and communicate effectively with stakeholders across all organizational levels.
•Sourcing experience in a high-volume environment (search firm or in-house recruiting).
•Experience partnering with recruiters, hiring teams, and external partners across different offices.
