Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure timely, cost- and quality-compliant delivery of building technology projects in close collaboration with project owners and the Operations team.
  • •Implement project management activities, coordinate and monitor externally awarded services regarding timelines, costs, and performance flows.
  • •Procure devices, equipment, and external services for commissioned and in-operation systems and trades.
  • •Coordinate subcontractor performance, manage customer support, and ensure system availability while creating and administering complete project documentation.
  • •Support solution design, lead on-site technicians’ technical work, and assist sales with customer visits and training for internal and external technical personnel.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree or technician training (electrical engineering) or comparable qualification, plus solid business knowledge.
  • •Knowledge of MSR automation systems and safety engineering.
  • •Experience with budgeting and profit-and-loss accounting.
  • •Project management experience (PMP certification preferred).
  • •Knowledge of VOB/B is advantageous and SAP knowledge is required/expected.
