Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage execution of shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain strategic product presentation by directing recovery, restock/destock, and visual merchandising changes in line with directives and Visual Manager partnership.
  • •Plan and execute visual floor changes with management using payroll management and zone/visual support aligned to business needs.
  • •Use reporting tools with management to identify opportunities via product placement, outfitting, and stock levels; make changes as needed.
  • •Lead daily operations and guest experience by coaching associates, evaluating performance with company tools, and ensuring store opening/closing in accordance with visual standards.
