Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with senior engineers to identify where AI tooling and integrations can remove friction and build the fix.
  • •Build applications and integrations using Xsolla APIs and SDKs to help internal teams move faster with AI-assisted development.
  • •Ship work expected to reach real users, including internal tools adopted by teams or customer-facing integrations.
  • •Use agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) as your primary way of working.
  • •Share what you build in weekly lightning-talk demos and work with a global cohort to trade ideas and AI workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •Passion for building things you already use AI to build faster, with evidence such as side projects, hackathon entries, open-source contributions, or something you shipped independently.
  • •Real AI fluency using agentic coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) to build something you can explain and verify works.
  • •Bias toward action: when given an ambiguous problem, start building before asking for a full spec.
  • •Comfort developing modern full-stack solutions and a focus on learning quickly.
  • •Open to current undergraduate students, graduate students, and recent graduates in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related programs.
