Build AI-powered internal tooling and proof-of-concept customer integrations by partnering with senior engineers and a global intern cohort. Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with senior engineers to identify where AI tooling and integrations can remove friction and build the fix.
•Build applications and integrations using Xsolla APIs and SDKs to help internal teams move faster with AI-assisted development.
•Ship work expected to reach real users, including internal tools adopted by teams or customer-facing integrations.
•Use agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) as your primary way of working.
•Share what you build in weekly lightning-talk demos and work with a global cohort to trade ideas and AI workflows.

Key Requirements

•Passion for building things you already use AI to build faster, with evidence such as side projects, hackathon entries, open-source contributions, or something you shipped independently.
•Real AI fluency using agentic coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) to build something you can explain and verify works.
•Bias toward action: when given an ambiguous problem, start building before asking for a full spec.
•Comfort developing modern full-stack solutions and a focus on learning quickly.
•Open to current undergraduate students, graduate students, and recent graduates in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related programs.
