Key Responsibilities

•Understand and develop existing CDM and H&S systems to improve efficiency
•Provide expert advice and act as Principal Designer to help client manage legal responsibilities under CDM regulations
•Establish positive relations with existing and new Clients to gain confidence and become a trusted advocate
•Represent Turner & Townsend professionally, including meetings, negotiations and timely correspondence with Clients
•Manage commissions to ensure client expectations/scope and Turner & Townsend’s requirements are discharged

Key Requirements

•NEBOSH Construction Certificate
•Full UK driving licence
•NEBOSH Diploma Level (or equivalent)
•GradIOSH or equivalent
•Experience as a Principal Designer
