Job Summary

Support the management and execution of global regulatory remediation projects, from gap identification through implementation, validation, and closure. Maintain regulatory remediation governance (tracking, escalation, reporting), translate regulatory requirements into actionable plans, and lead engagements with regulators when needed. Coordinate cross-functionally across Legal, Compliance, Product, Tech, Operations, Finance, and Risk, while monitoring regulatory change, reporting status dashboards, and maintaining a centralized regulatory obligations register.

Key Responsibilities

•Support management and execution of regulatory remediation projects globally, from gap identification through implementation, validation, and closure.
•Maintain the regulatory remediation governance framework, including tracking mechanisms, escalation protocols, and reporting cadence.
•Translate regulatory requirements, licence conditions, inspection findings, and enforcement actions into structured remediation plans with ownership, milestones, and deadlines.
•Lead engagements with regulators and defend the company’s interests when necessary.
•Coordinate cross-functionally and monitor global regulatory changes, preparing status reports, dashboards, risk assessments, and maintaining a centralized regulatory obligations register.

•Able to assess and manage M&A matters from a regulatory compliance perspective.
•Foundational understanding of global regulatory frameworks for virtual asset service providers, payments, and/or financial institutions.
