Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform various labor jobs across the manufacturing plant in departments such as Weld, Paint, Press, Packing, Shipping, Mill, and Layout.
  • •Handle daily production work across multiple departments, including tasks in more physically demanding areas as needed.
  • •Work the core 3rd shift schedule Sunday–Thursday, 11:00PM–7:00AM.
  • •Operate safely while working around moving machinery.
  • •Carry out repetitive tasks requiring grasping and mobility while meeting position success criteria.

Key Requirements

  • •Reside within a 50-mile radius of Highland, IL (no relocation benefit is being offered).
