Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the day-to-day post-sales primary contact for customers, leading onboarding, implementation, and adoption.
  • •Partner with pre-sales and post-sales teams to drive success planning, align requirements and goals, and support business value realization.
  • •Advocate for customer needs internally and influence teams to act toward customer requirements.
  • •Collaborate with Technical Support and Customer Engineering to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • •Develop hands-on product expertise, support customer training/education, and manage account renewals and expansions while minimizing churn risk.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in enterprise customer-facing roles collaborating with both technical and business teams (Customer Success, Professional Services, Technical Account Management, or combinations).
  • •Experience driving success planning and value realization for customers, with strong ownership and autonomy.
  • •Domain knowledge in one or more areas such as DevSecOps, AppSec, security infrastructure, containers, vulnerability management, regulatory compliance, or supply chain security.
  • •Ability to build and manage relationships across multiple stakeholder levels and advocate internally to drive customer outcomes.
