Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and scale the full stack for Vertical Solutions products leveraging AI Coding Assistants.
  • •Hands-on development: write production-quality code daily using AI tools to enhance workflow.
  • •Prototype and ship ideas from concept to production after customer validation.
  • •Measure what matters by designing evaluations and using real customer data to assess system quality.
  • •Contribute to highly scalable, reliable distributed systems that enterprises depend on.

Key Requirements

  • •13+ years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years focused on distributed systems and backend architecture.
  • •Strong proficiency in system-level languages – JavaScript, C#, Java, with full-stack capability (REST/GraphQL APIs, React on the frontend).
  • •Experience building production AI systems — LLMs, tool-calling, multi-agent architectures, orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, or equivalent).
  • •Hands-on cloud experience (Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerization/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • •Excellent communication and ability to drive complex technical decisions with globally distributed teams.
