Job Summary

Plan, direct, and supervise airport operations on each shift, ensuring passenger and aircraft handling follows arrival/departure checklists, policy/procedures, and regulatory requirements. Manage safety and security outcomes through hazard identification, compliance monitoring, and incident reporting. Coordinate disruption recovery with Guest Control, Network Control, and SOC; ensure on-time performance, station emergency response readiness, and delivery of customer service KPIs including VIP/PRM special guest requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee passenger and aircraft handling operations on a shift basis, ensuring adherence to arrival/departure checklists, brand requirements, company procedures, and regulatory requirements.
•Manage safety and security outcomes on shift through hazard identification, safety and compliance monitoring, and reporting.
•Ensure flight edits and special guest requirements are met, including assessment, planning, and coordination for VIP/MAAS, PRM, and special category guests.
•Coordinate operational disruption recovery by liaising with Guest Control, Network Control, and SOC to reduce impact to guest service and operational integrity.
•Deliver and rehearse station emergency response and business continuity plans, manage diversion/delay handling, and ensure on-time performance through coordination and accurate reporting.

Key Requirements

•Degree level education is desirable (A-level or baccalaureate equivalent) or relevant industry experience with knowledge of frontline service delivery and communication.
•Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in service, hospitality, airline, or retail, with relevant knowledge of aviation/travel industry and/or airport policies.
•Supervisory experience in a highly pressured, multicultural shift environment.
•Outstanding communication and supervisory skills with passion to deliver service.
•Ability to balance guest-centric focus with corporate interests while maintaining safety and security standards and coordinating teams/service providers on shift.
