Lead, Management Reporting & Data Foundations, Global

Own and govern the global management reporting framework, including KPI definitions, reporting cadences, and standardized metrics used across regions and business units. Develop and enforce global reporting policies, standards, and controls, monitor compliance, and drive remediation. Partner with Global FP&A, functional leaders, and data stewardship teams to operationalize reporting standards, lead adoption through change management, and continuously improve the global reporting framework.
