Job Summary

Own end-to-end quality for web and mobile products by designing and executing test plans across manual, automated, mobile, and API testing. Work in an Agile environment with developers and product teams to analyze requirements, build regression suites with CI/CD, and manage defects in JIRA. Validate REST/SOAP behavior and security, test Android/iOS compatibility, and improve accessibility compliance using WCAG 2.1 standards and tools like Axe or Lighthouse.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to plan and execute test cases and scenarios.
•Perform manual testing including functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and UAT testing; log and manage defects through resolution in JIRA.
•Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks, including automated regression suites integrated with CI/CD pipelines.
•Test Android and iOS applications across devices and OS versions, validating UI/UX consistency, responsiveness, and usability.
•Validate REST/SOAP APIs (requests, responses, schema, and error handling) and test authentication, authorization, and API security; support accessibility testing against WCAG 2.1 AA standards.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in QE / software testing, with hands-on experience across web, mobile, and API testing.
•Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
•Experience with API testing tools such as Postman.
•Experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress (openness to learning acceptable).
•Familiarity with accessibility testing using WCAG 2.1 and tools such as Axe or Lighthouse, and defect tracking in JIRA.
