Vibee - Seasonal Project Manager

Manage the planning and execution of curated destination experience events and festival integrations. Support daily project flow by tracking timelines and progress, coordinating on-site schedules, and assisting with builds, strikes, and seasonal staffing logistics. Contribute to reporting including cash spending, P-Card tracking, per diem coordination, quote gathering, and invoice reconciliation. Serve as an internal communication point and collaborate with FOH and BOH teams while ensuring deadlines are met.
