Job Summary

Lead, govern, and continuously enhance the bank’s Access Management Control framework through strong Identity & Access Management (IDAM) practices, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and automation. Drive governance aligned to regulatory expectations, oversee access lifecycle controls and access reviews/certifications, and manage third-party access validation. Partner with GISD, ITD, and Operations to onboard new applications into IDAM, embed preventive controls, and build dashboards for KPIs/KRIs visibility across UAE and international operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Establish and continuously enhance the Access Management Governance Framework aligned with regulatory expectations and internal policies, including RCSA, audit, compliance, and least privilege.
•Ensure effective implementation of Segregation of Duties (SoD) and access lifecycle controls (joiner, mover, leaver, privileged access, periodic certification), including third-party/managed service access validation.
•Drive periodic RCSA reviews, control testing, assurance reporting, and closure of audit findings, regulatory observations, and IAM-related control gaps.
•Own the automation roadmap for Access Management, including IDAM enhancements, workflow digitization/straight-through processing, automated access certification/SoD checks, role mining, and KPI/KRI dashboards.

Key Requirements

•12–15 years of progressive experience in Access Management, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and IT Controls, preferably within banking or financial services.
•Strong expertise in IAM/IDAM frameworks, including joiner–mover–leaver lifecycle management, RBAC, and identity governance.
•Proven experience with Access Management Governance frameworks, including RCSA, control testing, audit engagement, and regulatory compliance.
•Hands-on experience with IDAM tools and platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, IAM suites, workflow tools), including application onboarding, access certification, and role mining.
•Demonstrated leadership in enterprise-wide Access Management/IAM functions, including governance, control design, and operational oversight.
