Key Responsibilities

  • •Define the strategy for visualizing end-to-end network paths and determine how to capture, analyze, and map routing data to provide hop-by-hop views of traffic.
  • •Own the core Network Path roadmap with coverage for cloud-native networking (e.g., AWS VPCs, Transit Gateways), SD-WAN, and traditional on-prem routing topologies.
  • •Combine flow data, routing metrics (BGP, OSPF), and synthetic tests to provide a holistic view of network health and identify degradation sources.
  • •Partner with Product Marketing to articulate business value of network path monitoring and show impact on MTTR and cloud egress costs.
  • •Identify opportunities to build intelligent alerting and root-cause analysis with engineering to surface bottlenecks, outages, or misconfigurations before end-users are affected.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of B2B SaaS Product Management experience, with exposure to Network Performance Monitoring, Cloud Infrastructure, or IT Operations
  • •Hands-on familiarity with cloud networking concepts (DNS, TCP/IP, VPCs, Load Balancers, CDNs) and traditional networking protocols
  • •Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
  • •Ability to link technical network metrics to business objectives and drive KPI ownership
  • •Strong communication, collaboration, and execution skills
