Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with business leaders and Talent Advisors to translate priorities and strategic workforce plans into actionable talent strategies.
  • •Ensure proactive succession planning with clear internal and external talent options available when needed.
  • •Prepare and enable talent discussions across executive and non-executive populations in partnership with Functional Talent Advisors and local People & Culture teams.
  • •Conduct regular dialogue and coaching with internal talents to understand motivation, mobility preferences, and development needs.
  • •Establish global standards, frameworks, and toolkits for consistent talent processes and governance, leveraging AI to improve lifecycle deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years’ experience in Talent Management, Development, Talent Acquisition, or People & Culture in a multinational environment, delivering executive pipelines, succession planning, and internal mobility.
  • •Ability to manage confidential executive talent placements with discretion and integrity.
  • •Strong stakeholder management skills to influence and engage stakeholders across levels.
  • •Use data and insights to make informed decisions for talent strategies.
  • •Fluent English (written and spoken); Spanish or German is a plus.
