•Lead Mission Autonomy growth strategy across European partner nations including the UK, Germany, Denmark, Netherlands, and Belgium.
•Identify, shape, and capture new international opportunities for Mission Autonomy software standalone or integrated with partner platforms and air vehicles.
•Develop and execute capture strategies tailored to each country’s procurement processes, operational requirements, and industrial partnership expectations.
•Build and maintain senior-level relationships with European defense ministries, military service branches, program offices, and industry partners.
•Maintain an accurate international sales pipeline and coordinate across Engineering, Program Management, Government Relations, Marketing, and Legal/Export Compliance to meet regulatory requirements.

Salary: USD 191,000 - 253,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales or business development, including international defense business development, foreign military sales, or allied partnerships.
•Track record building and managing relationships with European defense organizations at senior official and program stakeholder levels.
•Understanding of international defense procurement processes with experience in European allied nations.
•Familiarity with U.S. export control regimes (ITAR/EAR) and international defense sales mechanisms (FMS, DCS, government-to-government agreements).
•Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance and ability to travel internationally up to 50%.
