Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Mission Autonomy growth strategy across European partner nations including the UK, Germany, Denmark, Netherlands, and Belgium.
  • •Identify, shape, and capture new international opportunities for Mission Autonomy software standalone or integrated with partner platforms and air vehicles.
  • •Develop and execute capture strategies tailored to each country’s procurement processes, operational requirements, and industrial partnership expectations.
  • •Build and maintain senior-level relationships with European defense ministries, military service branches, program offices, and industry partners.
  • •Maintain an accurate international sales pipeline and coordinate across Engineering, Program Management, Government Relations, Marketing, and Legal/Export Compliance to meet regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales or business development, including international defense business development, foreign military sales, or allied partnerships.
  • •Track record building and managing relationships with European defense organizations at senior official and program stakeholder levels.
  • •Understanding of international defense procurement processes with experience in European allied nations.
  • •Familiarity with U.S. export control regimes (ITAR/EAR) and international defense sales mechanisms (FMS, DCS, government-to-government agreements).
  • •Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance and ability to travel internationally up to 50%.
