Maintain and repair industrial equipment and facility systems to keep production running safely and efficiently. Perform preventive maintenance, diagnose malfunctions, execute timely repairs, and test repaired equipment. Handle facility maintenance including electrical, plumbing, painting, and building repairs, while reading blueprints and using diagnostic tools. Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines, laser cutters, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and electrical systems, supporting continuous improvement and safety/quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform routine preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
•Diagnose equipment malfunctions and determine appropriate repair methods and replacement parts.
•Carry out repairs and test repaired equipment to verify proper functionality and minimize downtime.
•Perform facility maintenance including electrical, plumbing, painting, and general building repairs, with occasional janitorial support as needed.
•Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines, laser cutters, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and electrical systems while operating forklifts and other powered industrial equipment as required.

•3+ years of experience as a maintenance technician, maintenance mechanic, or millwright.

•High School Diploma or GED; certificate in Industrial Technology or related field is preferred.
•Strong troubleshooting/mechanical aptitude and intermediate math, reading, and problem-solving skills.
