Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver complex, multidisciplinary design and construction projects from initial design through handover, ensuring client expectations, programme milestones, and budget requirements are met.
  • •Maintain regular communication with clients and cross-functional teams (design, procurement, cost engineering, planning, construction, and OHS) for seamless coordination and timely issue resolution.
  • •Provide effective contract administration across the NEC4 suite, proactively managing contractual processes, risks, and stakeholder obligations.
  • •Oversee changes to project scope using formal change control procedures, tracking and reporting progress to minimise impacts on programme, cost, and quality.
  • •Establish and maintain strong client relationships, proactively support business development by identifying opportunities and contributing to business growth.

Key Requirements

  • •Evidence of successfully delivering complex, multi-disciplined buildings and infrastructure projects from concept to handover.
  • •Experience of the NEC suite of contracts, ideally including the Professional Services Contract (PSC) and Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC).
  • •Ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing, integrated, multi-organisational team.
  • •Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • •Excellent IT skills and numeracy, with strong verbal and written communication.
