  • •Drive associate well-being through marketing, communication, and engagement strategies, including AI- and data-powered initiatives.
  • •Act as product owner for vendor-delivered benefit technology solutions, defining roadmaps and expanding capabilities.
  • •Analyze benefits metrics to evaluate the portfolio, identify harmonization and scale opportunities, and recommend improvements.
