Key Responsibilities

  • •Own client interface and relationship, ensuring client satisfaction, business follow-up meetings, and workshop animations with the client.
  • •Drive offer and business development on the program with commerce, partners, and the BU technical & advisory team, including identification and tracking of opportunities and the project conception engagement (RAO, investigate, proposals, estimates, milestones, deliverables).
  • •Oversee operations and quality by supporting project management activities (COSTRA), tracking risks and work packages, supervising deliverables/on-time delivery, and running escalations and action plans during crises.
  • •Manage program financial follow-up and reporting per project (billing, KPIs/indicators, cash flow with support), consolidate finances across the program, and set roadmaps and forecasts.
  • •Functionally lead and coordinate teams and resources across different service centers, including working with other responsible teams/lots and client project teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a BAC+5 (engineering school or university) with a specialization in IT.
  • •Demonstrate broad knowledge of infrastructure and security technologies.
  • •Have prior experience leading senior project management/management of project delivery.
  • •Show strong rigor in contractual management, planning, and resource management to ensure on-time delivery and budget control.
  • •Exhibit organization, synthesis, leadership, and the ability to ensure long-term client relationship quality.
