  • •Own a product end to end: strategy, roadmap, execution, launch, and iteration with accountability for business outcomes.
  • •Make voice AI agents more efficient through experiments on voice, cadence, and script and evals that prove impact before rollout.
  • •Build with AI as the primitive by prototyping, wiring agents into the product, and shipping faster than a small team.
  • •Convert services into a scalable product by reducing engineering hand-configuration for new bank go-lives.
  • •Dive deep into complex problems to identify root causes and design solutions; inspire engineers and data scientists.
