Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct ownership of regular tracking and ensuring on-time delivery committed from suppliers.
  • •Track and manage sub-tier supplier schedules for constrained manufacturing processes.
  • •Develop and execute delivery schedule improvement plans when customer commitments don’t meet need-by dates.
  • •Coordinate material transfers between indirect expense and production warehouse locations and perform SAP transactions for accurate, on-time movements.
  • •Serve as primary point of contact with periodic material status updates, risk assessments, and recovery plans; resolve shortages/delays and coordinate sell-backs from inventory as needed.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Associate’s degree in supply chain, business, operations, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree also welcome).
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in material delivery management in a fast-paced, high-complexity, low-volume environment.
  • •Proven ability to communicate effectively in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
  • •Prior experience in procurement, expediting, materials coordination, and multi-tier supply chain delivery management is a plus.
  • •Familiarity with new product introduction (engineering builds or prototype-to-production transitions) is a plus.
