Customer Sales & Service Rep II

Deliver exceptional customer service to SiteOne customers by answering questions in person, by phone, and through online ordering. Build and manage customer relationships while resolving more complex product and issue questions using deeper product knowledge. Prepare inventory orders for customer pickup or delivery, support merchandising and inventory/store tasks in a safe environment, and partner with branch leadership on new technologies and ways of working to improve business performance.
