Commercial Manager

Manage commercial and risk activities across the full project lifecycle, providing strategic advice to leadership and project teams. Own financial reporting, forecasting, and commercial performance analysis, including change control, quotations, and negotiations with clients and stakeholders. Oversee earned value management, cost reconciliation, estimate-at-completion reporting, and supply chain/vendor and invoice processing—while ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
