Key Responsibilities

•Own and articulate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for lead management and distribution; align with company objectives.
•Define metrics (lead volume, quality, conversion, ROI) and establish KPI tracking; drive data-informed decisions.
•Lead cross-functional planning with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and finance to deliver high-impact features.
•Drive go-to-market decisions, including pricing, packaging, and adoption strategies for your domain.
•Collaborate with Product Marketing and Client Success to plan GTM launches and customer onboarding; mentor Associate PMs.

Key Requirements

•5–8+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS, Marketing Tech, or Lead Management environment.

•Hands-on experience defining and executing go-to-market strategy (launch plans, pricing, packaging, adoption).
