Rental Fulfillment Specialist- Tampa, FL

Coordinate and administer regional rental projects end to end, including CRM opportunity setup, cost estimation, new order and addendum entry, project invoicing, and credits/re-invoicing when needed. Work closely with Region Rental Account Managers to ensure accurate, timely administration. Manage and issue field purchase orders to vendors and coordinate cost recording for labor and rental equipment, accessories, and materials in a fast-paced environment.
