Job Summary

Own natural gas scheduling activities across Texas pipelines as part of a dynamic optimization team. You will nominate and confirm scheduled volumes on interstate and intrastate pipeline EBBs, support accurate capacity optimization with the trading team, and apply knowledge of pipeline tariffs and governing documents. The role also includes maintaining trusted supply-chain partnerships, updating internal systems for timely invoicing and SOX controls, and completing ongoing daily/weekly/monthly assignments.

Key Responsibilities

•Nominate and confirm scheduled natural gas quantities on interstate and intrastate pipeline EBBs within pipeline deadlines.
•Support the trading team by participating in and helping ensure accurate capacity optimization.
•Apply operational and commercial knowledge of pipeline tariffs and other applicable governing documents.
•Develop and maintain trusted partnerships across the supply chain, including external schedulers and internal personnel.
•Update and balance internal systems to ensure accurate, timely invoices and other necessary SOX controls, plus handle special projects and recurring assignments.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or equivalent experience in lieu of degree).
•Minimum of 5 years’ experience preferred.
•Working knowledge of NAESB standards and guidelines for nominations, confirmations, scheduling, and allocations.
•Experience with the DART system or ETRM system.
•Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong organizational, problem-solving, time-management, and interpersonal abilities.
