Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the end-to-end implementation lifecycle of Thales security solutions for enterprise customers.
  • •Gather requirements, define project scope, and develop implementation plans aligned with security and compliance goals.
  • •Design secure key management, encryption, and access control architectures using Thales HSM and CM.
  • •Perform hands-on installation, configuration, integration, testing, and validation of security solutions.
  • •Provide training, documentation, knowledge transfer, and present solutions and project updates to technical and executive stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong working knowledge of CipherTrust Manager (CM), CipherTrust Transparent Encryption (CTE), CipherTrust Cloud Key Manager (CCKM) and related Thales security modules, including policy creation and enforcement.
  • •Experience implementing database encryption such as Microsoft SQL Server (TDE) and Oracle (TDE) for secure data-at-rest protection.
  • •Hands-on knowledge of KMIP, PKCS#11, REST API, SNMP, and TLS for secure communications and integrations.
  • •Proficiency in key generation, distribution, rotation, revocation, and certificate lifecycle processes aligned with industry best practices.
  • •Experience with programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, PowerShell) for automation, deployment tasks, and integration; ability to travel up to 50%.
