Job Function: Executive & General Management

Key Responsibilities

•Apply high-level structural engineering techniques and processes to identify improvements for various project phases (concept development, preliminary design, final design, procurement, construction, operation).
•Perform professional structural engineering work and inspect site conditions, resources, buildings, infrastructure to ensure conformance with rules and permits.
•Develop construction plans, specifications, cost estimates, safety and phasing plans, and update layouts coordinating with owners, disciplines, sub-consultants, and clients.
•Lead design, construction, rehabilitation, and remediation of building/infrastructure projects ensuring durability and compliance with codes.
•Develop advanced technologies, monitoring devices, modeling techniques, and design standards for safe, functional end-use and future-ready solutions.
•Oversee cross-functional teams of engineers, architects, planners, and scientists, managing budgets, hours, expenses, and deliverables.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering, or closely related discipline.
•12+ years of relevant post-education experience in engineering discipline and prior structural or civil design experience.
•Professional Engineer license required.
•Proficient with structural engineering principles, practices, process, design/build, and application to project work-related issues.
•Knowledge and experience with building structural planning, design, and construction management; including rehabilitation, new design, and construction projects.
