Provide maternity cover for Salesforce’s UK & Ireland Commercial Legal team, supporting the Public Sector. You’ll structure, draft, and negotiate complex public-sector commercial agreements, including MSAs, order forms, and professional services documents. Key Responsibilities

•Structure, draft, and negotiate complex commercial agreements for direct and indirect Public Sector sales routes, including framework agreements (e.g., BOS2).
•Lead negotiations of Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Order Forms, Professional Services agreements, and related commercial documentation.
•Navigate and respond to public procurement requirements (e.g., RFPs/RFIs, ethical walls agreements, clarification questions) and ensure compliance with procurement regulations.
•Partner with sales teams and business stakeholders across the UK region to enable deals and provide strategic legal guidance.
•Use Salesforce internal systems (Org62) to track legal cases, manage workflows, and maintain matter visibility.

Key Requirements

•Qualified Solicitor with a current practicing certificate (England & Wales) or equivalent UK legal qualification.
•5+ years of commercial legal experience, ideally in-house at a technology company or advising tech clients in private practice.
•Strong public sector experience, including knowledge of UK procurement legislation and UK government frameworks (e.g., G-Cloud, BOS2) and public sector contracts.
•Substantive expertise in data privacy and intellectual property law.
•Strong drafting and negotiation skills with the ability to balance commercial objectives with legal risk management.
