Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand short- and long-term cost goals and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
  • •Initiate and drive multi-functional programs, including defining scope, goals, work, timeline, and resource requirements.
  • •Build and maintain strategic roadmaps and track schedule/cost measures to TIQ Best in Class targets.
  • •Review and lead current TIQ performance across Micron sites to identify gaps, opportunities, and alignment needs.
  • •Lead continual improvement efforts across TIQ business processes, including safety, capex/cash cost, equipment performance, sustainability, and new technology enablement.

Key Requirements

  • •Masters or Bachelor or equivalent experience in engineering or equivalent experience.
  • •3+ years of experience with tool installation of Dry Etch equipment.
  • •Preferred hands-on experience in cost management.
  • •Good communication in English.
  • •Willing to travel.
