Job Summary

Lead managed network services for clients by proactively identifying and resolving complex technical incidents and problems, meeting SLA requirements, and driving root-cause analysis for critical events. Manage high-complexity tickets, provide onsite technical support and escalation with vendors, and improve service quality through knowledge articles, mentoring, and automation input. Ensure client infrastructure is configured, monitored, and operational, including disaster recovery testing and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide managed services by proactively identifying and resolving technical incidents and problems while ensuring SLA compliance.
•Conduct root-cause analysis for critical incidents, manage high-complexity tickets, and deliver resolutions to complex issues.
•Monitor client infrastructure, respond to alerts using monitoring tools, and investigate third-line support calls to find causes and solutions.
•Create knowledge articles for frequent tasks/issues, train and coach junior team members, and provide inputs to automation teams to reduce manual effort.
•Provide onsite technical support and field engineering services, escalate issues with third-party vendors, and support disaster recovery functions and tests.

Key Requirements

•Proficiency with networking technologies including Pulse Secure SSL VPN, Virtual Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet firewalls, Cisco Nexus switches, ASr/ISr routers, Cisco ACS, ISE, and Meraki switches/access points.
•Knowledge of enterprise network architecture, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), NAT, and troubleshooting uplinks to ISPs for DIA, MPLS, and P2P circuits.
•Advanced certifications on at least one or two of the listed technologies.
•Excellent planning and project management abilities under changing circumstances.
•A bachelor’s degree in IT/Computing or equivalent work experience.
