Program Director, Strategy & Delivery

Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives by translating strategy into coordinated, cross-functional programs with clear milestones, governance, and measurable value. Build and own the transformation roadmap, manage program and portfolio delivery across multiple workstreams, and ensure sustained adoption through change management, stakeholder alignment, and operating model cadence. Partner with functional and finance leadership to drive benefit realization, risk mitigation, quality standards, and accountability across initiative leaders.
