Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects and programs.
  • •Proactively identify and mitigate roadblocks to keep initiatives on track and achieving outcomes.
  • •Collaborate across cross-functional teams to refine a horizontal operating model and improve team efficiency.
  • •Translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives and roadmaps, from ideation through execution and post-implementation review.
  • •Foster team accountability and continuous improvement through guidance, mentorship, and best practices in content strategy and knowledge sharing.
