Job Summary

Support the delivery of Sales & Trading transformation initiatives by tracking project activities, milestones, risks, dependencies, and progress. Partner with Front Office, Operations, Technology, and Control Functions to support requirements gathering, governance, and execution. Drive high-quality project governance and reporting to senior management through timely status updates and management information, helping ensure successful programme outcomes across multiple concurrent change initiatives.

•Track project progress against timelines, budget, and scope, preparing reporting for governance forums such as SteerCos and Committees.
•Coordinate workshops and working groups to gather requirements and resolve issues.
•Monitor risks/issues/dependencies and escalate as appropriate, supporting project financial tracking and resource management.
