Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise and support the GMF migration to the newer HAM Pro version, including setup, configuration, and implementation of the new HAM environment.
  • •Lead current-state assessment across ITSM, asset management, procurement, and operations; document workflows and identify gaps in data quality, efficiency, controls, and reporting.
  • •Design end-to-end hardware asset lifecycle workflows in ServiceNow, including lifecycle states/transitions, inventory/stockroom model, asset assignment/transfer, returns/refresh/disposal, and data governance.
  • •Perform hands-on HAM Pro configuration from activation through foundational setup, lifecycle automation, normalization/content services, and integration requirements for upstream/downstream systems.
  • •Develop and execute end-to-end test scenarios, support UAT defect resolution, and deliver solution/configuration documentation plus KT to enable post go-live operations.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience.
  • •Proven experience implementing ServiceNow HAM Pro in an enterprise environment.
  • •Strong understanding of hardware asset lifecycle management, CMDB/asset relationships, and the ServiceNow data model (assets, models, CIs).
  • •Hands-on experience with HAM Pro configuration, lifecycle workflows, hardware normalization, content services, and stockroom/inventory management.
  • •Experience integrating HAM with upstream/downstream systems such as procurement systems and discovery/CMDB data sources; strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
