Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with attorneys, legal and compliance professionals, and business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and build solutions that reduce cycle times, risk, and improve work quality.
  • •Translate legal and business requirements into practical, repeatable technology solutions across legal and compliance workflows.
  • •Design, configure, and implement AI-powered and automated solutions, including AI agents for contract management/review, legal intake and matter management, compliance and regulatory processes, litigation support, and eDiscovery.
  • •Lead phased rollout of technology solutions with stakeholder readiness assessments, deployment plans, training, and post-launch reviews to ensure adoption across teams and geographies.
  • •Evaluate emerging legal tech/AI tools, contribute to AI governance, and establish performance metrics to track efficiency, accuracy, adoption, and cost savings.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree required; in the US, a Juris Doctor (JD) in law is required, and you must be licensed to practice.
  • •3+ years of combined experience in legal technology, legal operations, process automation, or a related discipline.
  • •Experience implementing and configuring legal technology platforms (e.g., contract lifecycle management, matter management, document automation, eDiscovery, compliance intake/reporting, or AI-enabled legal tools).
  • •Proficiency in prompt engineering and using generative/agentic AI tools in legal workflows.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication and proven change-management skills to drive adoption among legal professionals.
