Key Responsibilities

  • •Create inventory requests based on production work orders and replacement parts.
  • •Maintain production schedules through planning and shortage management during the production build.
  • •Verify material receipt against paperwork (damage, part numbers, quantities, revisions) and reconcile work order bills of material.
  • •Interface with engineers and technicians for release of work orders and resolve incorrect system data driving demand or schedule issues.
  • •Support logistics and production needs, including staging workflow, de-kitting, return-to-stock, and communicating part status and completion dates.
