Key Responsibilities

•Manage the discovery-to-scale pipeline by identifying recurring patterns and handing off validated solutions for enterprise generalization.
•Design and build data integration, storage systems, and infrastructure that enable analytics and AI capabilities.
•Deploy and operate robust, scalable data pipelines (ETL/ELT) across complex enterprise data landscapes, including handling undocumented schemas.
•Implement cloud-native data ecosystems using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation) and establish end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for data solutions.
•Define and monitor service level objectives (SLOs/SLIs) and drive post-incident improvements to ensure resilient, reliable data systems.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering with 8–12 years of relevant experience leading and delivering complex data engineering projects with multi-team or business impact.
•Proven experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines (ETL/ELT) for high-volume, complex enterprise data environments.
•Deep expertise deploying and managing cloud data infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP, including Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation) and end-to-end CI/CD for data solutions.
•Strong conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling skills, including balancing normalization and query performance and managing complex schema migrations in production.
•Experience incorporating AI/MLOps into data engineering workflows, including data validation/evaluation frameworks to support deployment and governance of AI/ML models.
