Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the discovery-to-scale pipeline by identifying recurring patterns and handing off validated solutions for enterprise generalization.
  • •Design and build data integration, storage systems, and infrastructure that enable analytics and AI capabilities.
  • •Deploy and operate robust, scalable data pipelines (ETL/ELT) across complex enterprise data landscapes, including handling undocumented schemas.
  • •Implement cloud-native data ecosystems using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation) and establish end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for data solutions.
  • •Define and monitor service level objectives (SLOs/SLIs) and drive post-incident improvements to ensure resilient, reliable data systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering with 8–12 years of relevant experience leading and delivering complex data engineering projects with multi-team or business impact.
  • •Proven experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines (ETL/ELT) for high-volume, complex enterprise data environments.
  • •Deep expertise deploying and managing cloud data infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP, including Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation) and end-to-end CI/CD for data solutions.
  • •Strong conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling skills, including balancing normalization and query performance and managing complex schema migrations in production.
  • •Experience incorporating AI/MLOps into data engineering workflows, including data validation/evaluation frameworks to support deployment and governance of AI/ML models.
