Job Summary

Support the Local Head of Operations as a strategic and operational leader for Allianz Technology’s AZT AZ Partners entity. Oversee local COO capabilities and deputize for the Head of Branch Operations, ensuring continuity and consistent decisions. Manage IT governance, project and service portfolios, and execute global initiatives locally while tailoring delivery to local customer needs and regulatory requirements. Drive operations standardization, monitor KPIs, and support audit reporting and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the Head of Branch Operations in establishing and leading the success of the Local Operations team, collaborating with AZ Technology global capabilities and stakeholders.
•Oversee daily activities related to local COO capabilities and deputize for the Head of Branch Operations to ensure continuity and consistent decision-making.
•Provide oversight of IT governance, manage project and service portfolios, and implement global internal IT initiatives with local impacts.
•Contribute to standardizing and harmonizing the branch’s Operations in line with AZ Technology’s Global Operating model, policies, and standards.
•Monitor operations performance with KPIs and support audit processes with accurate reporting while driving global initiatives locally.
