Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the main contact for strategic account inquiries and provide consolidated reporting on orders and deliveries.
  • •Resolve customer issues related to orders, shipping, product queries, returns, and discounts.
  • •Coordinate with Distribution, Logistics, Sales, and Merch Planning to ensure timely shipments and resolve supply challenges.
  • •Oversee external service provider performance for OM and AR activities, ensuring compliance with SLAs.
  • •Drive EDI implementation and support cash collection, dispute resolution, and chargebacks, including investigation of remittance and billing discrepancies.
